Monthly or yearly — what's the difference?
Only the bill. Yearly costs $179.99 instead of twelve months at $19.99 — a 25% saving, roughly three months on the house. Same platform, same features, same unlimited team either way, and your free first month applies to both.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the secure Stripe billing portal inside the app — no phone calls, no emails, no lock-in.
Can I export my data?
Always. Your reports export to CSV and Excel, and your invoices and payslips download as PDFs. Your data is yours to take with you.

How secure is my data?
We support two-factor authentication, encrypt your data in storage, and keep a complete audit log of every action. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
Does it support Arabic?
Fully. The entire interface, invoices, and reports work in Arabic with a proper right-to-left layout, and you can switch to English instantly.
Do I need accounting experience?
No. bookeeper sets up your chart of accounts for you and posts the correct journal entries automatically behind every invoice, expense, and payroll run.
